1. When loading and unloading the color-coated board, a rubber pad should be added between the paver and the product to prevent collision. If possible, special slings should be used.
2. The compartment of the color-coated plate transport car should be clean, the bottom of the car should be covered with rubber pads or other protective devices, and necessary protective measures should be taken around the compartment to prevent packaging indentation or bumps.
3. Vertically packaged color-coated boards should also be kept vertical during transportation, loading and unloading.
4. The color-coated plate should not be pulled out to prevent the burrs generated during cutting from scratching the steel plate below. Color-coated boards should be handled with care and should not come into contact with other hard objects.
